T2ICT -> T2ICT Dependant -> T2G

Hello,

Hope to find answers to several tricky questions.
I have Tier 2 ICT visa that is valid till 07/2016. I had been working in the UK but left country in March 2014. While I was in my home country I applied for another visa and received Tier 2 ICT dependant visa that is valid till 12/2016.
What happened to my ICT visa? Is it still active?As there are no marks on my old visa so I assume it's still active.
If I find Tier 2 General sponsor will I need to wait till March 2015 (one year after my last leave under T2 ICT) to apply for T2G visa?Or I'm not subject to cooling off period and can start looking for the sponsor right now?
