Need Help! Tier 2 Short Term ICT to Tier 2 Dependent

Hi,

I am working in UK on Tier-2 Short term ICT since June 2014. However, my wife is in home country. I am planning to return back to home country in another 2 months. Post that, if my wife gets a Tier-2(General), Can i apply for Tier 2 General Dependent (thereby avoiding 12 months cooling-off period). Much appreciate your inputs here
