SOC code change in Tier 2 ICT

Hi,

I am in UK on ICT Long Term Staff Migrant VISA which will expires in an year. I am currently spending less than 30% of my time on the duties mentioned in my COS.

Does this mean.

1) I need a new COS with a new SOC code as 70% of the work performed by me is not related to my current SOC code?

2) Does ICT visa permit change in SOC code ?

3) If ICT does not permit SOC code change what are the options before me.
