Switching from tier2 ict to tier2 geneal dependent query

Hi,

I hold tier2 ict valid from 11/01/2010 and now I am switching with new sponsor to tier2 general category.

My query is I have dependent visa for my wife , this forum suggested that she need to apply for new dependent visa.
I have my son born on Jan 2014 - I haven't applied for his visa because we are not intended to travel before ILR which is due in JAN 2015.

My query is do I need to include my son in ILR application ? Or
After I and my wife get ILR he can apply for british citizenship ?
His has Indian passport and birth is registered in both indian embassy and British council

Advice in this matter would be much appreciated.
