Tier 2 Established Staff Visa Extention options

Hello

I came to UK on 15th August 2010 on Tier 2(ICT) Established Staff visa since then am working for same employer with the same visa category.

Now i have following queries related to my visa extension.

1.How many years my visa can be extended? is there any colling off rule applicable to me ?
2.I know that I am not eligible for my PR after completion of 5 years as well...Is there any other way i can get the PR?


Can someone help me to get answers for the above?

in-country extension indefinitely with a new CoS each time - cooling off is only relevant for entry clearance applications from abroad


2.I know that I am not eligible for my PR after completion of 5 years as well...Is there any other way i can get the PR?
long residence, 10 years stay

Can someone help me to get answers for the above?

Is there any chance of UK Govt opening Tier 1 Visa again?
