question about COS

question about COS

Does the migrant need to leave and re-enter the UK during the period of the approval?

Today, I received COS from new employer for Tier 2 visa and I found the above question was "YES".

This seems not right to me compared to my previous COS, which said "NO".
I also checked with my friends who recently got new Tier2 visa and the answers are also "NO".

I dont know if the HR made mistak or not.

Does anyone have this situation before?
What does it really mean? (I originally thought I NEED to leave UK to apply for visa).
