Tier 2 extension after PSW

Hello,

I've been offered another job by another employer while on Tier 2 visa with a different employer. I was wondering if someone could help me with the questions -

1. Do I have to make a fresh tier 2 application?
2. Am I still exempt from a Residential Labour Market Test like I was when I did a Tier 2 application for the first time?
