ILR opportunity for Tier2 general

Hi,

This question might have been answered on this forum before but if anyone can help provide your expert views or lead me to the right link on the latest on tier 2 general ILR for UK will me much appreciated..

I worked in the UK between May 2010 to Dec 2013 on tier 2 ICT and the rules applicable then meant I was eligible for ILR. Since Jan 2014 I'm now in Hong Kong with the same company but as a local employee in Hong Kong. It looks like a new opportunity is brewing for me and my family to get back to UK and in this context I wanted to make absolutely sure that I go back only if there was an ILR opportunity.

I think I'm currently on the 12 month cooling off period and if anything does materialize I hope to go back q1 next year.

Can some one guide with the latest and also share the appropriate link on ukba where I can confirm the possibilities.
