Hello,
I was living and working in UK for about 4 years, with a tier 2 visa. Unfortunately i was made redundant as the company downsized,
so after this i decided to stay for a few months and travel around UK before heading back to my country, so all together about 9 months of being essentially a tourist.
I went back to my home country where i stayed for a year before receiving a job offer in the UK who is my current employer and who
is the holder of my new tier 2 visa.
Now after i went on a holiday to spain, i got detained at gatwick and they gave me a little note and ask me to contact home office and tell them i have a "previous curtailed leave".
Still not sure about what this means, and the phone number provided is no longer available, when referred to the website, it is
not clear as where to look or what to look for...
Please advice. Where should I call? What does it mean? I came back with a new job and a new visa, how come now i am having these issues? otherwise i wouldn't come back?!
thank you.
