We are a small Software consulting & development company (currently 2 employees) and would like to apply for Tire 2 Sponsorship License, as we have a few requirement with our existing client. So can someone please help me about the process and answer below queries:
- The registered address for the company is a residential property, where 1 large room is being used as office space. So should this be sufficient OR do we need to rent out another office space with a commercial office space provider (as a trading address)?
- What is the minimum turnover / revenue required by the company?
- What is the application fee, both for License and for sponsorship certificate?
- List of supporting documents required ?
- How many sponsorship certificates will be issued on successful license application?
