Tier2 ICT Established Staff Visa to ILR

Hi,

I am in UK and my VISA is as follows.

Initial Visa - Tier 2 - ICT Established Staff Visa granted in Oct 2010 to Nov 2012.I came to UK in Nov 2010
Extension - From Nov 2012 to 2014.

I have 1 question, if my Visa extended till 2016 and if I stay in UK till Nov 2015 which will be 5 years then Am I eligible for ILR. if not why please?

Please clarify.

You're not eligible for ILR (5 years route), as you don't have tier-2 ICT leave before 6 april 2010.
You could extend your visa in-country without restrictions (i.e., beyond 5 years) provided you get your CoS from your sponsor company everytime and would be eligible for ILR in 10 years route (long residence), if you happen to stay in the UK until then.
