Tier 2 Established staff to tier 2 general to ILR

I need some clarification regarding my eligibility to ILR and hope you can help me here.

I came to UK on Tier-2 ICT Established staff Visa in DEC 2010.
And I changed my VISA to Tier-2 General in AUG 2012 and i am going to continue under same sponsor till DEC 2015.

I wanted tClarification if i will be eligible for PR in DEC 2015?
Will they consider Tier-2 ICT Established staff + General years when i apply for Visa or should i stay in Tier-2 General Visa for 5 years. And im paid > 35K per year.

I want this info for planning my future so any advice will be really helpful.

you'll be eligible for ILR (5 years route) in July 2017 (28 days before of T2 General leave). Your ICT leave in established staff category won't be counted for ILR.
