Tier 2 ICT - ILR

Hello - I will be granted a Tier 2 ICT sometime in SEPT or OCT 2014. Is there a path to ILR for this type of Visa.

2. Can I switch to Tier 1- Entrepreneur Visa from Tier 2 ICT? If yes, then is there a path to ILR from Entrepreneur visa.
