ICT Tier 2 dependent to further Stay Routes

I am on ICT tier 2 Short Term Visa (expiring in March '2015) and my wife came on ICT dependent visa. I wish to further stay in UK however, as per the present circumstances it does not seem to be possible for me to stay here. I request experienced members to please guide me.
Here are the few points which will highlight my position better.
1. ICT tier 2 (Main): I cannot extend my visa and per the company policy. Also, they do not send on long term visa (Indian Software MNC)
2. ICT Tier 2 (Dependent): I thought of applying student visa for her once she is in UK. However, made a mistake as realized she cannot switch within country. She is trying to get job here however I doubt that she will get any job or Tier 2 COS in UK.
Please advice any route which could help in stating in UK. Even if I have to go back to my home country is there any safe and best route to enter again and settle down.
