ICT Tier 2 STT visa chances for extension?

Hi,

I got my UK ICT STT T2 category visa valid from 26th Sep'13 to 25th Sep'14, and my CoS is valid till 30th Sep'14.

But I got chance to travel to UK only during the month of Jun'14, which is from 21st June'14 till 20th Sept'14(for 3months).

I would like to know the chances for extension of my visa?

Am I eligible for cooling off period for 12th months?
can i apply for renewal from UK?
or can I go back to India and apply for a same category visa?

Please let me know for any possibilty..

You'll be subjected to 12 months cooling-off period. The cooling-off period applies from the day, you leave the UK. In your case, even though you haven't utilized the initial duration of your T2 ICT STT visa and used only the last three months of your visa expiry, unfortunately you've to have 12 months cooling off period before you re-apply for another T2 ICT STT visa.

However, if your organisation is ready, you can apply for an ICT Long term visa without any cooling off period.
