I am going to apply for Tier 2 (General) visa application for myself (upto 3 years).
Which documents should I need to submit? Please list them?

Rightnow, I am submitting

-Appointment confirmation
-Visa application
-One photo
-Current & previous passports (Original)
-TB clearance certificate
-Statement of comparability UKNARIC
-Original degrees
-English proficiency letter


Do I need to submit a marriage certificate?

Should I also submit a CoS?

Do I need to submit a cover letter with Tier 2 (General) visa application?
If yes, then what would be a template for the cover letter?

1. If your dependent is also applying along with you, then yes. Else, not required.

2. Yes, a CoS summary sheet is required.

3. No cover letter required.

Make sure you get the COS with right SOC and right salary. This is the place where many people fail.
