Change of employer in Tier 2 Long Term Staff Migrant Visa

Hello,

Can I change my employer on Tier 2 Long Term Staff Migrant Visa?

Also, my spouse has Tier 2 Long Term Staff Migrant Partner Visa, valid for 2 years. What if she gets a job for 2 year and my employer terminates my job from here ? Can I still stay in UK ?

No...you can't change employers with T2 ICT long term visa. If your employer terminates you, then he would cancel your visa and have to return to your home country. Alternatively, if your spouse is having a job offer with T2 General visa sponsorship, then could apply from your home country without any cooling-off period and also you could get dependent visa. But the visa processing has to happen in your home country.

you can be sponsored by a different employer under T2G but only if your initial T2 ICT application was under the rules before 6 April 2011.
