Tier2 General Dependent visa query regarding pcc

Hi I am applying Tier 2 dependent visa for my wife from India.Currently I am working as a software developer and I got my visa(Tier 2 General) on 24/1/2014 and valid untill 14/4/2017. The following list of documents we are submitting for my wife's visa..

1. Photocopies of my Passport(All Pages)
2. Photocopy of my BRP Card
3. Photocopy of my NI Card
4. Marriage Certificate
5. Marriage Photos
6. My Wife's TB Screening Certificate from a designated Hospital
7. Wife's Photos
8. Visa Fee Payment in Cash or DD
9. Bank Statements
10. Photocopy of Driving License
11. Application Form
12. My wife's Passport


Can some one advice me that does my wife who got her passport one week back do need to submit PCC(Police clearance certificate) inaddition to the above list of documents..
