My Tier 2 visa was issued in UK in June 2013. My sponsor license has been revoked almost 2 months ago. Me and another sponsored employee have been waiting for the curtailment letter but so far have not received any letter from the home office. Have I over stayed my visa? is it mandatory for the HO to send out curtailment letter in this case? If yes for how long I can wait for the curtailment letter and what should I do now?? Ask the HO to send out curtailment letter

Or should I apply for another visa within 28 days in case I have over stayed my visa?
