Change of Employment!

Hi,

I was on PSW when I started working for my company and then got my first Tier 2 visa from the same employer. Now, I am joining a new company who is ready to sponsor me. So, I am bit confused with the following question in the "visa application form" :-

L10. Are you still working for the same employer as you were at the time of your last grant of leave?

Yes
No


Now, I am bit confused whether they are asking about the new employer who is ready to sponsor me or are they asking me about the existing employer who has already sponsored me? Should I select YES or NO? As per the grammar of the question.. "Are you still working..."
Yes, I am still with my old employer as until I get the new visa, I can't join my new company. So what should I select?
