Tier 4 Student to Tier 2 General, CoS Use by clarification

Hi All,

I am apply for Switch from Tier 4 student to Tier 2 general, the CoS is generated for me is on July 9'th and expires in 3 months (10'th Oct) .

In the application it is mentioned, CoS valid for 3 months(use by) . I need to know whether use by means used by UKBA or the date when I submit the application using COS. I am going to apply on 22'nd sep so when UKBA use the COS after biometric if the date is greater than 10'th Oct,will it show as expired to them?

Another question is I have bank statement taken on sep 1. I have read that statement should be no longer less than 30 days. Is this 30 days is calculated on the date I submit the application or when I give the biometric.

you must apply within 3 months of the CoS assignment date.

your bank statements should cover a consecutive 90 day period ending no more than 31 days before the date of your application. If your sponsor certifies maintenance you don't need any bank statements.

One more clarification is date of your application means the date I submit the application or the date I submit the Biometric?

if you post the application the date of posting is the application date
