Tier 2 Change in Sponsor - Need urgent help!!!

Hello All,

I need some quick guidance and I highly appreciate and thanks if someone could provide me details. I am currently on a Tier 2 General. My sponsor will be soon cancelling my Visa. At the same time, I now have a new offer from another company who is ready to give sponsorship. They are currently working on the sponsorship

My question is.
1)If my current employer cancels my Visa before getting Cos from new employer, what is the grace period that I can stay back in the country?

2) And can I apply T2G and T2G dependent visa using new Cos within that grace period?

3) If all well, can I go for same day service at UKBA and for the dependent visa, via postal application?

your sponsor cannot cancel your visa, they can only inform UKVI that your employment terminated following which your and your dependants' visas will be curtailed to 60 days from the date of the curtailment decision (not from the date of termination!).
