Hi,
Currently I'm on teir-2 general visa but unfortunately I have been served redundancy notice for one month.
So officially I have 30 days time to be with my current employer, then I will get notified to the Home office.
In this case as of my knowledge and research, Home office will write a letter to me stating that within 60 days I should plan for my alternatives. Is this right?
Actually I can apply for a teir-1 entrepreneur visa as I already started planning for it. I'm just waiting to run my 90days statement.
And I have left with 60 days to go to reach that 90 days.
As I have a 30 days notice period from my employer so total 60 days, I don't have a problem, including home office 60 days (if this is true) notice time I think I will be safe. Can anybody advise me are these all right?
And I would like to travel to back home now as I don't have to go to work this month and I have to plan for teir-1 entrepreneur from my back home like funds gathering, business planning etc But I will make application from inside UK only. (with £50,000 option)
And I will come back to this UK, by the time my statement gets ready ( 90 days balance maintenance) but Im confused would it be hassle free decision?
Legally I will have a letter from Home office stating that 60 days planning time for my visa or leave the country?
Would it be a problem in airport when I turn back to UK?
Can somebody clarify my issue as I have to travel now ?
