tier 2 extention and rlmt

I have 3 years tier 2 visa that end in oct 2015. However I am shortly going to change job to one with different soc code with my same company
1- if reapply for visa now for how long I should get it
2- if the new job is in the shortage occupation list is RMLT required
3- if i stay with my same job and renew visa in oct 2015 is RMLT required if I ve been previously exempted from it
