SWITCH TIER 4 TO TIER 2

I have a question first of all my immigration history

Came to uk in 2011
Tier 4 Student from 2011 to 2012 (did my PGD and MASTERS IN ISLAMIC BANKING)
Tier 1 PSW from 2012 till 2014 AUG
again apply for Tier 4 student sponsor by university, got visa on 17 sept 2014 doing master in IHRM.

Now my question is
I have got an employer who is willing to sponsor me for Tier 2 work permit. Can I switch tier4 to tier2 without completing my continue master (International Human Resource Management)?? Remember I have MASTERS and PGD degrees from UK but these degrees gain in my last tier 4 visa.
