Tier 2 ICT long term to Tier 2 General

Hi Team,

I got Tier 2 ICT Long term Visa during feb 2013 and landed in UK on March 2013 and staying in UK from then. My spouse is holding the Tier 2 ICT dependant visa. the questions that I have are :
1) If my spouse is getting a Tier 2 General Sponsor in UK. Is it possible for her to switch from ICT depedant to Tier 2 General Visa?2) For my spouse, To switch the Visa from Tier 2 ICT dependant to Tier 2 General, Do she need to travel to Home country for changing the visa or she can change the Visa from UK itself.
3) Incase if my spouse get the Tier 2 General Visa, Is it possible for me to switch from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General dependant?
4) For myself, To switch the Visa from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 dependant, Do I can change the visa from UK itself or do I need to travel to home country for changing the visa.

It would be greatful and thankful. If anyone could able to provide me the right answers for the above four questions.
