- I want to know if ICT tier 2 valid from June 2013 can apply for ILR after completing 5 years?
- Can my dependent wife change her visa to Tier 2 general visa if any employer sponsor her?Is there any timeline attached to apply for change in visa or cooling off for her
- Do i need to retain my VISA as ICT tier 2 or how will it effect my current visa/job?
- when we are eligible for ILR in ICT tier 2 LTS and Tier 2 general visa

she can apply from home country with a restricted CoS, no cooling off

you can either carry on as a T2 ICT worker or change to a PBS dependant visa from within the UK
