T2ICT Dependent to T2General

Hi All
My wife is currently on T2ICT Dependent Visa since May 2014. She is currently in the process of getting a job in IT developer. The firm is A rated T2G sponsor. Salary would ne £35k.
We have some questions regarding this:
1) Can they sponsor Tier 2 General Visa for her ? We understand that they would need RLMT / restricted CoS. Is there any salary requirement?
2) Can me and our son transfer to Tier 2 General Dependent Visa ? Is there any salary requirement?
3) Shall we be eligible for ILR in 5 years from now ? what will be the Salary requirement then for ILR ?

A friend told me that main applicant of tier2 general need to have salary of > £35,100 to have son/spouse on dependents
Visa. Is that correct??
