Tier 2 General. Got a Query from home office.Urgent plz

Hi All,

My friend applied for Tier 2 General Visa.Got query saying submit " Original Bachelor of Technology final certificate from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University". I have submitted all my original certificates except Convocation certificate.

After seeing the query he realized that he needs to submit Convocation certificate but till now he didn't applied for that. Today(11th Dec) he applied through online. But not sure how many days will take to get that certificate. UK home office told to send the certificate with in 7 working days. Please let me know if any one got same time of issue or Is there any alternative to Convocation certificate which will come fast.
