Queries regarding tier2 Gen dependent visa application form

Hi All,

I am applying for Tier 2 General-Partner visa. I am confused what to answer for the following questions in visa application form:

1. Permanent address of spouse. Should I mention the address given in his passport or his UK address? If I am mentioning the one in passport, should I mention his UK contact no in contact details? or should I mention his parents contact no residing at that address?

2. which date I need to mention in start date/end date of the job of main applicant? My husband initially moved in to UK on ICT visa and then switched to Tier 2 General visa. So do I need to mention the date when he first time went to UK? or the day he joined company on tier 2 general visa? What would be end date of job? His visa is expiring in Jan 16- would that be the end date of the job?

3. I am currently working as Software Engg. in MNC. Though application doesnt ask info about the same, do I still need to show that I am working? Does my husband need to make some transactions to my account to show me as dependent.
