Tier2 General to tier 2 general switch

Hi There,

Can anyone please suggest me an option for my Current situation..

At present I am on Tier 2 general through one company.
I recently got another good offer from another company who are willing to sponsor me again.
Is it possible to switch from one tier 2 general to another general without going back to my home country and processing new tier2?

Also, unfortunately I am not maintaining funds from last 3 months here in my UK bank account. In this situation if the new company is not willing to show funds for me, Do I have another option?

One of my friends told me that I can even show funds from India (Home Country). But again, I have not maintained funds in India bank account also.
One of my aunt's has a fixed deposit in India. Can I show that for switching my tier 2 general visa to new company?

I request someone to answer my doubts and help me in not losing the new job opportunity.

Have a read through the application. You won't need maintenance!!!!

Of course you can switch within the UK, in fact, you cannot reapply for entry clearance because you would be subject to a 12 month cooling off period. Please be aware of requirements for the job, ie needs to meet the salary requirements. You are also probably subject to the RLMT.
