tier 2 dependent visa ext tro premium service - Urgent

Hi Manci / Respected Gurus,

I recently got a new job under tier 2 general which means I am switching jobs. Meanwhile my wife is already here in UK for past 6 months and we would like to apply visa using premium service. In the gov.co.uk website they have said that premium service is available for main applicant and under family members it says "apply by post" . My question ....can my wife apply using premium service ? if so how should I go about it ! ? please this is very urgent.

if you are changing sponsor and your wife is at present in the UK as your PBS dependant there is no need for her to apply for a new visa until just before her present visa expires.

Thanks for coming back on this! Just for one final confirmation

I am already under tier 2 general visa , I sponsored my wife under PBS system and she is here in UK from July 2014 until now.

I got a new COS from my new company, I am looking for premium dates. According to your previous msg I donot have to reapply for my wife again ? If this is true then I am extremely happy
