Tier2 dependant switch when main applicant is in homecountry

I have been on Tier2 ICT in UK since 2013
My wife who has got job and sponsorship, has got her visa from 20 jan (Tier2 General visa). She is currently in India and will be travelling by 1st week of feb 2015.
Currently I am in UK and she is India

I want to know if I can apply as her dependant while I am in UK and she is India, I mean before she travels to UK.
Or
Can i apply on the next day after she has entered UK

I havent seen any similar discussion on this forum hence I am posting a new question.

No. She has to come to UK before you can apply to be her dependent.
