Tier 2 Premium Service Online Form Print

I have booked an Tier 2 premium service appointment, and finished the online application form. However, after all steps have been done, I was not be able to find the completed online form, apparently I was not be able to print it either.

For these who also applied Tier 2 visa using the premium service online form recently, is this normal? And does this mean that I do not need to bring my application form when attending the premium service appointment?

The appointment is on tomorrow, so any replied will be much appreciated.
