Minimum Tier 2 (ICT) Long term visa expiry days to enter UK

Hi,

I have Tier 2 ICT long term visa with expiry date of 10th March, 2015(3 years). Now I am at India.
I am planning to travel 15th Feb, 2015 and planning to apply for my visa extension...
Please, answer my below questions which would be more helpful

01. What is the minimum number of days before the expiry date I should travel?
02. What could be the possible issues at immigration as less than a month of expiry to enter UK
03. My Cos is expiring 10th Feb, 2015, Should I have new valid COS before travel for extending my Visa?
04. Extension of Dependents visa can be done from India after my visa gets extended?
