Tier 2 Change of Employer with New SOC Code

Hi all,

I am in Tier 2 General for almost 2 years, found new employer who is willing to sponsor.

my Current SOC code is SOC 2137 as a web designer and my new job description is close to Software Developer which is in different SOC code.

1. can i change the SOC code ?? and do i need do anything extra for this ??

2. do i have to meet the Experienced Salary ?? or i will still come under New Entrant ??

the SOC code is the sponsor's choice, not yours, and it can be different for the new job

2. do i have to meet the Experienced Salary ?? or i will still come under New Entrant ??
if you apply for leave that takes you beyond 3 years and 1 month total on T2G then it has to be the experienced rate.
