ILR for Tier 2 (ICT) Established Staff

Post by Sholay » Fri Jan 30, 2015 4:40 pm

Hello There,

I got a Tier 2 ICT Established Staff visa stamped on my passport on the 15th of Feb 2011 and have been in the UK since January 2012. Also I have got an extension stamping till 9th Feb 2016.

My queries are:-

1. Can I get another extension on the same visa with my current employer?

2. Will I become eligible for Indefinite Stay at the end of my visa duration?

3. If the answer to the second question is "NO" then is there any way that I can get the ILR/Indefinite Stay?

Obviously the above is very important for me to understand so a genuine advise will be much appreciated.

Regards.

you can get an unlimited number of extensions with a new CoS each time

2. Will I become eligible for Indefinite Stay at the end of my visa duration?
if you remain on T2 ICT only in 2021 (long residence)

3. If the answer to the second question is "NO" then is there any way that I can get the ILR/Indefinite Stay?
if you switch to T2G you will be eligible for ILR after 5 years from the time of the switch

Obviously the above is very important for me to understand so a genuine advise will be much appreciated.
