Switching Sponsor while in contract with current employer?

My employers sponsorship license is suspended and I have a new sponsor which ready to sponsor my visa in same COS code. But I have 2 years of contract with current employers. Is it fine if I change my sponsor? . Again 3 month of notice is written in the contract, will it applicable for me in this scenario?

You can continue to work for your current employer if their license is suspended. Yes, you can change your sponsor, if need to. However, whether you can break your contract or not & what are the break clauses, will be mentioned in the contract. It's not an immigration issue.

Thank you for the quick reply. I have just one more question, my employer's license suspended in November 2014 and as per update I got from employer, he is still waiting for decision. How much time generally takes to get decision for suspended cases ? How will employee know about the decision?
