Hi,

I am applying for a tier 2 general visa from outside the UK. My employer provided me with a certificate of sponsorship in December 2014. Unfortunately my Visa was rejected for want of certain original documents. My employer has to provide a fresh CoS for the next application. Will they need to advertise again for 28 days in order to send me a fresh one or can they request for a new one immediately?

rlmt is valid for 6 months
