ILR Eligibility

Hi,

Sorry for posting similar question. I would like to check my ILR eligibility.

I came to UK in April 2008 on work permit and stayed till Mar 2010.
Returned to India and worked under same employer in India till Apr 2011.
Again travelled to UK for the same employer on April 2011 with Tier 2 ICT Established staff (issued before rules 6 Apr 2011) and working in UK till date.

Am I eligible for ILR. Can you please help in clarifying my query.

You'll be eligible for 10 years ILR (Long residence), if you continue to stay working in the UK with the same employer until 2021. This is the present UKBA rules, but might change anytime before your ILR.
