Pl help-SOC code 6146 pay query for ILR as senior careworker

Dear Seniors
My sister-in-law is on tier 2 general visa working as a senior care worker entered in UK MAY 2010 eligible to apply for ILR in MAy 2015. she gets paid per GBP 7.80 per hour and contracted for 36 hours . So total yearly pay is 7.80*36*52=14601.6.With 6146 Is it sufficient for ilr eligibility . plz guide ..Any inputs will welcome.

the minimum annual salary is £12,100 for a 40 hour week but note that this is after deductions for meals, accommodation, etc
