Can T2(ICT) Dependent work in UK when main appl. not in UK?

Hi,
I am a T2 ICT dependent since April 2013 and been staying in UK since 2 years.
Our T2 ICT Visa(Main and Dependent) was extended last month.So we have extended Visa for another 2 year until 2017.

I have recently started working. So my question is if suppose my husband has to leave UK for a short period for an assignment (3 to 6 Months ). He will still be in the same company but not in UK.
So in that case, would I be able to stay and work in UK (considering we both have a valid Visa) ?

Please help and advise.

Where will your husband's salary be processed? UK or the new "country"? If in new country, he's is actually "leaving" UK to move to the new place. As per rule, his employer has to report his "relocation" to home office. In this case, you will not be a legal immigrant once your husband moves out. If he'll be still be paid in UK salary, it means he is continuing to be part of UK payroll and he can make a business trip while you work in UK.
