Tier 2 change in visa category

Hi
Me & my son are currently on tier 2 ICT dependent & my husband is on tier 2 ICT.
I am currently working in IT & my company is providing me Tier 2 General visa. Now please answer below:
- subject to RLMT & restricted CoS, I would apply for tier 2 general from home country? i.e. Without any cooling off?
- if my son travels with me to my home country can we switch his visa category to Tier 2 general dependent from tier 2 ICT dependent? without any cooling off?
- after we come back to UK my husband can change his visa category from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General dependent? i.e. From UK without cooling off? & can continue in his job?
- we can apply dependent visa on our own & do not require firm to apply?

Any other concerns with this process?

Yes.

Yes.

Yes. Provided his company agrees for it.

Yes. But you will need to show all relevant documentation including the maintenance amount.

Why do you think there could be an issue?

- you have to provide sufficient funds
for husband & kid how much fund is sufficient? & for what period?
My husband's a/c would have £20k for last 6 months & my a/c £4k for last 2 months. Is that sufficient ?
