ICT Tier 2 VISA Expired and Business VISA Travel

Hi Experts,

My UK Work permit [ICT TIER 2] visa got expired by March 23rd 2015 and i have got my UK Business VISA valid till Sep 2015.
i have some business workshops by May 2015, please advise if i can travel using tht VISA

Will a Business VISA travel required any cool off period or any other norms?
please advise
