Tier 2 ICT TUPE

Dear Experts,

I am currently holding Tier 2 ICT Long Term Staff working in UK from March 2013.

Can you guide me, if I am eligible for the TUPE transfer under the TUPE section
Service provision changes (A contract ends and is given to a new contractor)

If yes, for this transfer what kind of Visa I need to apply with the new contractor company.
