looking for tier 2 sponcership in northern ireland

hello everyone
m in tier 2 visa since 2012 now my extension is coming in near. but according to my soc code my wages is much higher which my current employer can't afford he said.i don have any other way i have my baby born in northern ireland n my husband here so anybody knows tier 2 sponsorship in northern ireland, please kindly inform me thanks.
