I'm holding Tier 2 ICT Established Staff dependent visa issued in 2011 for 3 years and extended till 2016. I did not stay continuously in UK.
I got a job in UK and employer is ready to sponsor Tier 2 General Work Permit.
Now Questions are,
1. Should I go back to home country and apply Tier 2 General under Restricted CoS?
2. If I need to go back to home country for applying Tier 2 General visa under Restricted CoS, what is the minimum Salary requirement?
3. If I can switch to Tier 2 General visa under Unrestricted CoS in UK, what is the minimum Salary requirement?
In either case, I'm trying to understand minimum salary requirement and PBS requirements.
I'm Professional Degree holder taught in English.
My Sponsor in A-Rated sponsor.
