Hello All,

I have got job offer and now intending to apply Tier 2 General but my Passport is expired and with home office including academic documents i.e degree due to my appeal refused in T1 category.

Just wanted to know if there is any issue re applying without the above documents. I understand that its required to provide original documents. I will indeed mention in the cover letter.

Also, is there anything else I need to remember in order to avoid any mistakes.

Please advise me.

you need a lawyer in this matter other wise your tier 2 will be refused

if you can tell me why refused t1 then can help u
