Process of Extending Tier 2 visa

Hi,

First of all thanks for reading my post and thanks for providing this forum.

Few questions as follow,

1) I am on Tier 2 and it going to expire next year in july 2016, as before I will need a new COS, would it be restricted or not restricted and how long would it take company to get me one (they got license in 2013 and only me is sponsored in company only)

2) when Migration advisory committee review comes into affect as I am a senior developer and they asked to put it in short occupation list.

3) what documents do i need for my coming visa extension

4) do i need to be on experienced salary an year before or it can happen few months before

5) anything else i should be worried about ?

the company will need to request an unrestricted CoS allocation for 2016/17, once they have it they can assign a CoS to you in a few minutes

2) when Migration advisory committee review comes into affect as I am a senior developer and they asked to put it in short occupation list.
not relevant for your extension

3) what documents do i need for my coming visa extension
this will be given when you apply. You'll have to pay the immigration health charge before you apply and provide the ref. No.

4) do i need to be on experienced salary an year before or it can happen few months before
only at the time of the extension

5) anything else i should be worried about ?
future changes in immigration law - min salaries likely to increase from April 16
