applying PR after April 2015 from Tier 2 (General)

Hello,

I am currently in Tier 2 (General) Visa. I will complete my 5 years in this category on May 2015 and my basic Salary at this time (May 2015) will be only 32,000.Am I eligible to apply for PR as my salary is less than 35,000 and my job is not in shortage occupation list ?Please let me know.

'Will' is a future tense, while may 2015 is already lapsed. question is not clear.
